At Housetex, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We understand that flexibility and clarity in shipping and returns to your satisfaction.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: Available upon request for an additional charge.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over AED 150.
  • For orders under AED 150, a nominal fee is applied based on package size and destination.

Order Tracking:

  • We provide a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days for a full refund, exchange, or website wallet credit.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Contact our customer service at  customercare@housetex.com or call +971 6 5332861
  2. Pack Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box to ensure safe return transportation.
  3. Label Your Package: Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship It Back to Us: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, or the incorrect item was sent. Kindly co-ordinate with our customer service team by email customercare@housetex.com or call +971 6 5332861 to schedule a return.




Processing Returns:

  • We process returns within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the online payment method used during purchase or via website wallet credit.

Exclusions:

  • Custom-made and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

Special Notes

  • Defective Items: Contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Exchange Policy: Subject to item availability. If the item is not available, we offer a refund or store credit.
